REFUND POLICY

The Distance Selling Regulations provide in respect of services such as those offered by us that consumers have a cancellation period which ends seven working days after the day of the order being made. However, if you purchase and begin using the ecgskills.net service within the seven days the right to cancel ends as soon as the service commences.
Should you wish to cancel the service within the seven day period or prior to using the system within that seven day period then please contact us in writing using the details below. Should you cancel your agreement or choose not to renew your licence then your account will be suspended and you will be unable to access the ecgskills.net system. Once an account is active and the service has commenced then there are no further rights to cancel.
